At last! After ages of waiting, teasers and repeated listens to his 80 odd tracks he's released this year, Alexander Vinter has finally released The Alchemist on his electro-house/8 bit/Dubstep moniker Savant. As you can expect, its amazing, full of the trademark melodies and drops he's known for. The album has less of an 8 bit vibe than past albums, going more into fully fledged EDM mode and further exploring the Glitch-Hop that shone so well on the standout track of his last album: Starfish. (Sadly he hasn't uploaded it to soundcloud yet so the beatport link is the best I can do)
